She is joined by Mark Larson, former Vermont Medicaid director and senior vice president of leadership and capacity building at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS); Elizabeth Matney, Iowa Medicaid director; and Phil Burrell, deputy administrator for the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Care Financing and Policy.
