NAMD Releases Regulatory Priorities for Biden Administration
On July 19, 2021, NAMD sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Brooks-LaSure outlining our regulatory priorities for the Biden Administration over a range of critical program areas.

These priorities cover areas including advancing equity in the Medicaid program, addressing the social determinants of health, driving system and payment reform, and improving the availability and quality of long-term services and supports. NAMD will use these priorities to drive focused engagement with CMS and other federal agencies.
