Taylor Moore
Senior Manager of Finance and Operations
Taylor Moore joined NAMD as Senior Manager of Finance and Operations in January 2026. Previously, she served as the Associate Director for Network Effectiveness for the Partnership for the Future of Learning, overseeing financial and operational needs for a national network of more than 800 partners organized to advance a vision for a strengthened future of learning. Before that, Taylor spent over six years at the National Public Education Support Fund supporting multiple funder networks as well as core organizational strategy and functions.
Taylor is a certified Project Management Professional and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut, where she graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program with a B.A. in Political Science and French. She earned her Master of Public Administration from American University’s School of Public Affairs.
