Carly Moore Sfregola
Senior Manager of Communications
Carly Moore Sfregola joined NAMD in July 2024. In her role, Carly is responsible for the day-to-day internal and external communications operations of NAMD, including media management, NAMD’s newsletters, the association’s website, and social media. She also provides support to Medicaid communicators and public information officers across 56 Medicaid programs in all 50 states, the territories and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining NAMD, Carly was press secretary for the American Association for Justice, held several communications roles with the American Hospital Association, and started her career on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives.
Carly received a Master’s degree in Government with a specialization in Political Communication from the Johns Hopkins University. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Relations.
Carly is a St. Louis native who traded toasted ravioli for policy debates and is the loyal servant to two pugs.
