On June 27, NAMD submitted comments on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ proposed rule, Implementing Certain Provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Revisions to Medicare Enrollment and Eligibility Rules [CMS–4199–P]. The proposed rule would create new Medicare special enrollment periods, implement the Consolidated Appropriations Act’s new Medicare Part B immunosuppressive drug benefit, and update state payments of Medicare premiums.
