Trinity Wilson

Trinity Wilson serves as Washington State’s Medicaid Director at the Washington State Health Care Authority where she leads over 600 employees within the Apple Health Administration (AHA). The operations and services she oversees within AHA range from: Medical Eligibility Determination, the Medical Assistance Customer Service Center, the Coordination of Benefits and Claims Office, Business Operations, Provider Enrollment, Medicaid Contracts and Compliance, Quality Oversight and Program Alignment, Strategic Design and Program Oversight and a multitude of services within a variety of communities. Trinity brings over 12 years of experience in Medicaid policy, operations, and system modernization. In her previous role as Division Director of Apple Health Services and Operations, she oversaw eligibility policy and operations, customer service, coordination of benefits, and Medicaid systems IT.
