Jeremy Brunssen

Jeremy Brunssen is the Interim Director of the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care in the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.   He also is serving in his 8th year as the Deputy Director for Finance and Program Integrity for the Medicaid Division, where he has been in the administration for over ten years with Medicaid.   His deputy director areas of responsibility include Medicaid finance, provider reimbursement policy and rate setting, provider screening and enrollment, program integrity, and oversight of the fee-for-service claims processing units. Jeremy previously served as the Interim Director for Medicaid from January through November of 2020.   Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in business administration.
