Medicaid is a complex public program that operates in a constantly evolving federal and state policy landscape and health care ecosystem. It requires effective internal and external partnerships to deliver high value for the nearly 80 million people served bythe Medicaid and CHIP programs and to ensure efficient use of the taxpayer dollars that fund it.
