Cory Caldwell joined NAMD in November 2024 as Senior Policy Analyst. In this capacity, he facilitates collaboration and promotes a deeper understanding among state Medicaid Directors and payment officials on shared public health priorities. Cory also manages NAMD’s National Organizations of State and Local Officials (NOSLO) cooperative agreement with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
Before joining NAMD, Cory served as Manager of Federal Policy at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where he provided support to federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) through various grant-funded initiatives aimed at expanding access to care. He has also worked as Grants Program Director at the Indiana Primary Healthcare Association and provided support to state Medicaid Directors at a national consulting firm.
Cory holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science, both from Valparaiso University.
