In May 2015, NAMD held a workshop which brought together seven state teams to explore the challenges associated with increasing the delivery of person-centered long-term services and supports (LTSS) in the Medicaid program, with a particular focus on enhancing the delivery of home and community-based services (HCBS). This workshop was made possible by the financial support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s State Health Value Strategies (SHVS) program. This document summarizes the workshop proceedings.
